What You Need to Know
Kerry’s Place Employee Solutions Box is a way for staff to share questions and suggestions with the Executive Team and get feedback on topics that are important to them. Staff submissions are responded to by the respective executive team members, and summaries of submissions and responses are reviewed quarterly by the EMT to better understand what employees are thinking.
If you submit a question or suggestion to the Employee Solutions Box, you can choose to submit it anonymously, and we’re now asking for consent to publish in select staff communications.
If you consent to publish, please know that we won’t publish your name or department but, in the spirit of transparency, we will publish both your submission and our response exactly as written. In doing so, the content keeps its integrity and nuances, which is helpful to other staff who have the same questions.
