As we welcome the New Year with hope and excitement, we want to relish in the wonderful memories we made celebrating the spirit of the holiday season. Here’s a look at our celebrations – Kerry’s Place staff and supported individuals spread some holiday cheer with their smiles, dancing, singing, and quality time with Santa Claus.
Singing their hearts out!
Our supported individuals Brenda, Antonio, and their ‘caroling cohorts’ visited some of the supported living homes in Dufferin. Hitting all the right notes, they sang their favorite carols – a perfect vibe to begin the holidays with!
Laughter, dancing, and DIY decorations made the perfect Hullabaloo!
Kerry’s Place Central Region hosted its 3rd Annual Holiday Hullabaloo – Winter Wonderland in Caledon. The event saw over 150 persons, including supported individuals and their families, and staff from all different departments and programs. Everyone had the chance to join the celebration by decorating cookies, holiday cards, and ornaments at our DIY stations. There was a special Hot Chocolate booth along with delicacies to enjoy while they got a chance to meet Santa Claus. Special thanks to Tim Hortons Orangeville, Give and Go, and other donors for their support in hosting this event.
Santa Visits Belwood!
Our supported individuals Antonio and Alessandro were super excited when Santa stopped in for a quick visit on his way back to the North Pole. Santa even brought yummy snacks to enjoy while they chatted about the holidays.
A visit to Illumi!
Our supported individual, Scott, enjoyed a delicious dinner at Turtle Jacks, followed up by the spectacular light display at Illumi. The sight of the holiday decorations truly made it an incredible experience for Scott.
