Elected to Kerry’s Board of Directors in 2019, and appointed Vice Chair of the Board in 2022, Enza has over 20 years of experience in Finance with both public and private sector organizations. Enza is currently the vice president corporate performance, digital health innovation and CFO at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital. In addition to having primary responsibility for managing the hospitals finances and developing financial strategies supporting the achievement of the Hospitals strategic plan, Enza has oversight for Aquatic Services, Centralized Equipment Pool, Procurement and Supply Chain. In her current role, Enza has championed the financial health of the hospital, lead numerous transformational initiatives in Finance, and co-lead accreditation readiness activities supporting leadership. Prior to moving to the health care sector, Enza held finance leadership roles in the financial services sector. Enza holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts specializing in Economics and Business from York University. Enza is a chartered professional accountant (CPA), chartered accountant (CA). Enza hopes to leverage her experience, network and financial expertise to meaningfully impact on the lives of persons with autism and their families.
