Ask your broker to transfer your securities to Kerry’s Place Autism Services’ broker by completing the securities transfer form

Kerry’s Place will sell the stock and receive its current value.

You will receive a tax receipt for the stock’s closing value on the day Kerry’s Place Autism Services’ broker receives it.
