Kerry’s Place Autism Services’ comprehensive Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Certificate Course is presented over 30 hours of instruction, covering eight distinct topics: The Diagnosis, Neurology of ASD, Learning Styles and Teaching Strategies, Sensory Profiles in ASD, Stress, Anxiety and Self-Regulation, and Receptive and Expressive Communication, Social Skill Development and Relationships, Supporting Behavioural Change. Participants must also successfully complete six assignments over the course to receive a certificate of completion.
