Practice life skills and grow your independence while having fun and making friends!
This group session is for Autistic teens ages 14-17 who want to improve their daily living skills and grow their independence while connecting with others. Participants will join in recreational activities geared toward building social skills, such as making conversation, understanding social rules, identifying characteristics of a good friend, working as a team, and learning to be safe while out in the community.
Note: Kerry’s Place will schedule sample sessions for all enrolled participants. Sample sessions help us determine the best match for each participant based on the recommended support ratio and if the program curriculum fits their needs.
