Ready, Willing and Able (RWA)

Get the support you need to find meaningful employment.

This Government of Canada-funded program is designed to build labour force participation of Autistic persons or people with an intellectual disability. Our local Autism Outreach Coordinator can help you identify and connect with the supports you may need to enter the workforce. Those supports may include:

  • Doing internships or field placements to support your post-secondary studies
  • Helping you prepare for and find a job
  • Building your skills for on-the-job success

Ready, Willing, and Able is a national partnership between Inclusion Canada (formerly the Canadian Association for Community Living), the Autism Alliance of Canada (formerly the Canadian Autism Spectrum Disorder Alliance), and its member organizations.

Kerry’s Place is proud to partner with Ready, Willing and Able to build a more inclusive workforce that leverages the skills of Autistic Canadians.

Registering with our Intake Team is the first step to receiving services from Kerry’s Place.
