This community-based, client-centred program offers supportive housing for Autistic persons with dual diagnoses based in Brampton. Eligible recipients must be aged 16+ with a mental health and Autism diagnosis.
This service is offered in partnership between Kerry’s Place, Brampton-Caledon Community Living, and Services and Housing in the Province (SHIP). SHIP provides access to housing, and Kerry’s Place provides staff support to help individuals live independently in their communities.
