Carobeth is Director of Launch Behavioural Health, a multidisciplinary clinic providing evidence based services to children and youth with neurodevelopmental disorders. She is also Quality Assurance Officer at Dalton Associates, one of the largest mental health and wellness practices in Ontario. Carobeth is a Clinical Psychologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has worked with children, adolescents, and adults with Autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders since 2001 in a wide variety of settings, including home and centre based applied behaviour analysis (ABA) programs, schools, residential treatment programs, long term care facilities, inpatient mental health settings, children’s aid societies, and rural and remote Indigenous communities. Carobeth has served on the board of directors for the Ontario Association for Behaviour Analysis (2004-2010; 2011-2013), Autism Ontario (2014-2017), and was a member of the Ontario Autism Program Advisory Committee (2016-2018) and Ontario Autism Program Implementation Committee (2019 to 2020).
