Kelly West

Vice-President, Community Services

Kelly West is Vice President of Community Services at Kerry’s Place Autism Services, where she provides strategic leadership across a diverse portfolio of programs supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families. Since joining the organization in 2005, Kelly has advanced from providing direct support to leading system-wide initiatives across the province. She provides strategic direction and collaborative leadership across services spanning respite, employment, clinical supports, independent living, and school supports, while shaping programs through the Ontario Autism Programthe Complex Special Needs Strategy and broader provincial and federal service planning. She is recognized for her expertise in strategic planning, operational management, and system innovation, with a strong commitment to anti-oppression, anti-racism, and equity. Kelly has cultivated collaborative partnerships across sectors, enhancing services and promoting inclusion, independence, and quality of life.

Kelly holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Criminology) from the University of Ottawa, Bachelor and Master of Social Work degrees from York University, and an Executive MBAand continues to contribute actively to child welfare, community services, and board governance initiatives in her community.
