Normandie Wragg is a passionate and values-driven leader with extensive executive experience across complex health, education, and social care organizations. Throughout her career, she has been guided by a deep commitment to helping people thrive, championing inclusive, person-centred services, and ensuring that the dedicated staff who support individuals and families are recognized, valued, and empowered to do their best work.

As Chief Executive Officer of the Maltby Centre in Kingston, Ontario, Normandie led strategic growth, financial stewardship, and service expansion across children’s mental health and autism services. She worked closely with staff, families, and community partners to strengthen programs and improve access to support, always keeping the needs and potential of the people served at the heart of decision-making.

Prior to joining the Maltby Centre, Normandie served as Chief Executive Officer of Nugent in the United Kingdom, one of the country’s largest education, health, and social care charities. There, she successfully led a significant financial and cultural transformation, fostering an organizational culture grounded in compassion, accountability, and excellence.

Normandie is widely respected for her ability to lead meaningful change while building strong relationships with boards, governments, community partners, and frontline teams. She believes that exceptional outcomes for people with autism and their families are made possible by talented and committed employees, and she is a strong advocate for creating workplaces where staff feel supported, appreciated, and inspired.

In addition to her executive leadership experience, Normandie brings significant governance expertise and currently serves on the Board of Children’s Mental Health Ontario. Her contributions have been recognized through numerous honours, including the Kingston Business Award in the Non-Profit category in 2025, nominations for the RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards in both 2025 and 2026, and inclusion on the U.K. Power Women’s Power List in 2023.
