Rose Cook

Elected to Kerry’s Place Board of Directors in June 2026, Rose brings more than 25 years of experience in healthcare, having led strategic planning and large‑scale initiatives at the provincial, regional, and local levels.
Rose Cook is Vice President, Clinical Programs at Ontario Health Toronto, where she provides executive leadership for clinical strategy and health system transformation across the region. She works collaboratively with clinicians, system partners, and communities to advance evidence‑based care and improved health outcomes.
She holds a Bachelor of Social Anthropology from Dalhousie University and a Master of Health Science in Health Administration from the University of Toronto. She is currently pursuing her Certified Health Executive designation with the Canadian College of Health Leaders.
