Kerry’s Place Annual General Meeting 2024

The Annual General Meetings for Kerry’s Place Autism Services (Kerry’s Place) and Kerry’s Place Residential Services (KPRS) will be held on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at the Sheraton Parkway Toronto North Hotel & Suites located at 600 Hwy 7, Richmond Hill, ON L4B 1B2 in the Vaughan Ballroom.

The Annual General Meeting is an opportunity for members to gather together, learn about achievements from the last year, and hear about upcoming initiatives for Kerry’s Place. A special tribute to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Kerry’s Place will take place as part of the Annual General Meeting with speakers and special guests to mark the occasion.

There is no cost to attend the Annual General Meeting and parking is free.

To vote at the Annual General Meeting, you will need to have a membership paid in full by Friday, May 10. Visit our Membership Program page for information about membership eligibility and to complete your membership purchase online. The Kerry’s Place Board of Directors are recommending updates to the corporate by-laws to comply with the Ontario Not-for-profit Corporations Act (ONCA). More information will be provided as part of the AGM package to members.
