Clinical Autism services for children, teens, and adults across Ontario
Our clinical team supports Autistic children, teens or adults and their parents or caregivers through a strengths-based, bio-psycho-social approach to learning the functional skills needed to participate meaningfully in their communities.
Our individual clinical Autism services can include programming to support development in communication, social skills, self-regulation, and independent living. All programming is based on the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), customized to a person’s strengths and needs, and overseen by a Registered Behaviour Analyst.
We use Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) strategies to support the following areas:
- Communication
- Social interaction
- Play and leisure
- Motor Skills
- Daily living activities
- Executive functioning skills (planning, organization, attention, emotional regulation)
- School and job readiness skills
- Challenging behaviours
These services can be delivered to clients in their home, in the community or at one of our resource centres across Ontario.

What to Expect During and After Your Clinical Intake Meeting
A member of our team will meet with you and your family member(s) for a 1-hour virtual clinical intake meeting to understand your goals and needs.
During this meeting, our clinician will gather current information regarding areas of strength and areas that need development.
Our team of skilled clinicians will use this information to recommend the clinical services that will best help you meet your goals.
You will be able to buy the services recommended by our clinical team through Kerry’s Place. The Clinical Intake Meeting is overseen by a Behaviour Analyst and is an eligible expense under Core Clinical Services within the Ontario Autism Program (OAP).
