Every October, individuals in our Supported Living home have the opportunity to showcase and celebrate their achievements over the last year during Outcomes Week. For our 2025 Outcomes Week, events were held across Kerry’s Place Central, Toronto, and East regions, with dress-up, dancing and DJ tunes.
Here are some of success stories from this year:

‘LEGO’ Paul!
To some this picture looks a chaotic jumble of LEGO. To Paul it showcases his creativity, determination and patience that he has built since moving into our Supported Individual home at College Manor. Paul is able to show his creativity and trust his work will be where he has left it. These are all skills that Paul has built upon and continues to build at our Supported Living house.
Erika’s Joy Ride!
Over the past year, Erika has had an amazing year full of fun experiences and personal growth! She’s been working toward her goals of getting out into the community, building confidence, and trying new things, and she’s done just that. Erika had a blast cheering at Medieval Times, celebrating at a joyful Christmas party, and enjoying the outdoors while apple picking with friends. She loved exploring the Toronto Zoo and spending a relaxing day surrounded by nature at the Conservation Hilton Park. Riding the GO Train was another exciting adventure that helped Erika practice independence and feel proud of herself for taking part in new experiences. Each outing has helped her grow socially, build new skills, and create lasting memories, making this year one full of laughter, learning, and achievement.

Fabrizio‘s Year of Fun!
This past year has been an exciting one for Fabrizio, filled with memorable moments and personal accomplishments. He’s worked toward his goals of getting out into the community, trying new things, and enjoying shared experiences—and he’s done an incredible job! Fabrizio had a great time cheering on his favorite teams at Blue Jays and Raptors games, showing his enthusiasm and love for sports. He also joined in the festive spirit during Christmas celebrations, enjoying time with others and taking part in the holiday fun. One of his favorite outings was a trip to Medieval Times, where he enjoyed the lively show, delicious meal, and exciting atmosphere. Each of these experiences gave Fabrizio the chance to build confidence, connect with others, and create special memories—making this year one to truly celebrate!
