After School Respite Group

This 10-week After School Respite Group provides a fun, welcoming space where children and youth ages 6-17 can connect with peers, explore their interests, and enjoy meaningful time together in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Participants will have opportunities to take part in a variety of social activities, interactive games, and group experiences tailored to their interests. There will also be dedicated time to unwind and complete homework, with dinner included.

While participants build friendships, try new activities, and enjoy some well-deserved downtime, parents/family members can receive valuable respite time to attend to self-care, personal responsibilities and family needs.
