Employment Essentials

This group provides participants with hands-on opportunities to build foundational employment skills in a supportive environment. The group will be tailored to the skills and preferences of the participants. Job sampling opportunities will be offered in-centre and in the community at local employers. Skills covered in this group may include retail tasks (hanging and folding clothing, sorting and facing), basic administrative tasks, light cleaning, basic kitchen skills, customer service, workplace social skills, and supported transit training.
