Ready, Willing & Able (RWA) is a national initiative that engages, educates, and supports employers in hiring people with intellectual disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). RWA also aims to support job seekers in their pursuit of meaningful employment by connecting job seekers with community agencies and services that:
- Provide pre-employment and on-the-job supports
- Have connections to employment opportunities in a variety of industries
- Provide mental health, life skills, and/or recreational services
- Help with post-secondary studies (e.g. coursework and accommodations needed to complete an internship or field placement)
