RECRUITMENT NOTICE: Autistic Employment Competencies Study

Help us improve how organizations understand workplace performance: We’re recruiting participants for a research study on the competencies that drive effectiveness at work across different ways of thinking.

Too often, workplace expectations are built around a narrow model of performance. This study is part of a broader effort to better understand how both autistic and non-autistic employees contribute, and how organizations can design environments that make better use of that diversity.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Autistic and non-autistic adults (18+)
  • Currently working full-time, part-time, or occasionally

What’s involved: A one-time online survey (~20 minutes)

Why it matters: Your input will help shape a more evidence-based understanding of workplace competencies and support more inclusive organizational practices.

Your participation in the study is completely voluntary, and you may choose to stop participating at any time.
