We distributed the Community Services Feedback Survey this spring and summer, seeking feedback from families and supported persons who have participated in our community-based supports. The feedback provided will support Kerry’s Place in continuous improvement planning for the services and supports we provide across our communities. Thank you to the 400 families that completed this survey. 80% of respondents indicated satisfaction with the services Kerry’s Place provided.
In response to the information received, Kerry’s Place is pleased to share we will be prioritizing and actioning the following:
- Continuing to build community referral connections to keep people engaged with community services
- Continuing to build out service offerings with a focus on those identified as most important to respondents: Adult Supports, Employment Supports, Consultation/Coaching on Strategies, Skill-Building Groups
- Continuing to increase variety of offering types (e.g. In-Person, Virtual, Hybrid), as well as times (e.g. Evenings & Weekends)
