Presenting the 2026 Kerry’s Place
Annual General Meeting!

The Annual General Meeting for Kerry’s Place Autism Services (Kerry’s Place) will take place on Tuesday, June 23, 2026. Hosted by the Board of Directors, the AGM provides an opportunity for those connected to Kerry’s Place to come together to reflect on the past year’s accomplishments, celebrate key milestones, and learn more about the organization’s priorities and initiatives for the year ahead.
This year’s AGM program will include several special recognitions:
- Presentation of the Robert Hart Award to a deserving Associate within Supported Living
- Presentation of the inaugural Kerry’s Place Community Recognition Award
- Celebration of the retirement of Sue VanDeVelde-Coke, CEO of Kerry’s Place
- Recognition of Jan Stewart as she concludes her term as Board Chair
- Welcome to Paula Allen as the incoming Board Chair
- Election of two new Board members and recognition of three departing Board members as their terms conclude
The 2026 Annual General Meeting will be held in a hybrid format.
The in-person portion will take place at the Delta Marriott Toronto Markham, located at 50 East Valhalla Drive, Markham, ON L3R 0A3, in the Sunray Ballroom on the ground floor. The virtual option will be hosted via Microsoft Teams, with the meeting link provided upon registration.
Members in good standing who are unable to attend may submit an Instrument of Proxy to appoint another member in good standing to vote on their behalf. Please click here for more information and to complete the form.
There is no cost to attend the Annual General Meeting and parking is free. Hors d’oeuvres and refreshments will be provided.
