The session will cover a range of issues including:
- research on how people with Autism age compared with the general population
- supports for residents from preventative care to fairly routine hospitalization to chronic illness
- how nursing and health practices work at Kerry’s Place
- the advanced care process that prepares families and their loved ones for death
The virtual Town Hall is organized by the Kerry’s Place Family Advisory Committee (FAC).
