Annual General Meeting!
Inviting you to Delta Marriott Toronto on June 24, 2025
The Annual General Meetings for Kerry’s Place Autism Services (Kerry’s Place) and Kerry’s Place Residential Services (KPRS) will be held on Tuesday, June 24, 2025. The Annual General Meetings, hosted by the KPAS and KPRS Board of Directors, are an opportunity for family members, employees, and members to gather together, learn about achievements from the last year, and hear about upcoming initiatives for both corporations. The Kerry’s Place Board of Directors also look forward to presenting the Robert Hart Award to a
deserving Associate within Supported Living.
The 2025 Annual General Meetings will be held in a hybrid format.
The in-person portion will take place at the Delta Marriott Toronto Markham, located at 50 East Valhalla Drive, Markham, ON L3R 0A3, in the Sunray Ballroom on the ground floor. The virtual option will be hosted via Microsoft Teams, with the meeting link provided upon registration.
Members in good standing may submit an Instrument of Proxy to appoint another member in good standing to vote on their behalf. Please click here for more information and to complete the form.

There is no cost to attend the Annual General Meeting and parking is free. Light meal and refreshments will be provided.

Eligibility to Vote at the Annual General Meeting
To vote, you must be Regular Members with a current membership that is paid in full by Friday, May 9, 2025.
Individuals eligible for a Regular Membership to vote at the Annual General Meeting include parents, adult siblings, other adult relatives, or Substitute Decision Makers of someone in supported living or independent living with Kerry’s Place, up to a maximum of two Regular Members for each currently supported individual.
